The primary responsibilities of this role is to build, lead, scale and continuously improve our production department as well as manage teams and processes. To ensure best in class customer satisfaction through excellent quality and fast shipment by focusing on leadership and innovation while achieving the highest productivity standards. The Production Manager is responsible for supporting company goals by providing a customer “WOW” experience while operating efficiently to maintain a supportable operation. Tasks in Detail

  • Plan, coordinate, supervise and control the manufacturing operations, ensuring cost effectiveness, high quality and adherence to production output plans
  • Work in a team environment to drive continuous improvement, empowering supervisors and team members to create solutions to problems and supporting them in getting these ideas implemented
  • Organize trainings
  • Maintain and improve quality
  • Improve delivery time by managing staff and machines according to planned capacities
  • Develop best practices to share improvements with all global Spreadshirt production sites
  • Manage production equipment

Our Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven success in a Production leadership role (50+ staff)
  • Experience optimizing existing production processes
  • The ability to understand complex and diverse production processes in detail without losing sight of the overall picture
  • Strong team-building & leadership skills
  • Strong communicator across all levels, and globally
  • Flexible, motivated and ready to roll up the sleeves
  • Knowledge of Polish, English language
  • Preferred skills:
